A few weeks ago I decided to try a new workout program, unrelated to Beachbody, because I wanted to switch things up a bit, and I AM LOVING IT!!! So much so, I reached out to the trainer, who is actually an old Beachbody Super Trainer who has his own fitness and nutrition app, and proposed an idea.
